Jessica is based in our Sydney office and serves as a Team Coordinator at Andrews Partnership. She supports the delivery of executive search and advisory mandates across APAC, ensuring projects run smoothly from brief through to completion. Her role spans coordination of search processes, preparation of candidate and market materials, and management of timelines and stakeholder communications.
Known for her organisation and reliability, Jessica plays a key role in maintaining momentum across mandates, supporting consultants and partners on complex, cross-border assignments.
She contributes to the operational backbone of the team, including report preparation, logistics and internal coordination, helping ensure consistent, high-quality delivery to clients.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Media & Communications (Advanced Studies) and a Bachelor of Arts (Film Major) from the University of Sydney, giving her a strong grounding in reputation and stakeholder management.
