With an early career in agency, 13 years in a boutique search firm and then 6+ years with a tier-one global consultancy, her experience includes consulting with clients on C-suite executive searches, talent management, advising on capability and providing high-impact individual coaching. Having advised on a global scale, this breadth enables her to add particular value in ensuring a collaborative mindset and ‘big picture’ approach to corporate strategy more widely.
