Andrews Partnership announces further growth
With the strategic engagement of Chantal Tregear and an expanded team for ANZ, our operations are scaling to meet increasing client demand.
ANZ, 3rd October 2024: With Corporate Affairs playing an ever-more important role in driving commercial success, the leading specialist Corporate Affairs and Sustainability executive search firm Andrews Partnership is expanding its commitment to ANZ. Chantal Tregear, previously global co-lead of the Corporate Affairs practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, is joining us as Strategic Partnerships Advisor and Carey Meader has been appointed to build out our researcher capability based in AP’s Sydney office.

This further builds on the firm’s 9 year Asia success with 18mths operating in the ANZ market, with consistent client demand for senior-level Corporate Affairs appointments, including Corporate Communications, Government Relations, Investor Relations and Sustainability leaders. With offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney, Australia, Andrews Partnership places senior candidates globally.
Chantal brings an established track record providing leadership advice to a global client base over the last 20+ years. With an early career in agency, 13 years in a boutique search firm and then 6+ years with tier one global consultancy, Russell Reynolds, her experience includes consulting with clients on C-suite executive searches, talent management, advising on capability as well as providing high impact individual coaching.

AP is also delighted to welcome Carey Maeder – Researcher, Australia & New Zealand to the team. With an academic foundation in science and business from UNSW, Carey brings a blend of analytical and commercial expertise to this role.
